A private contractor will be hired by the association to do all snow removal.

Great Schools are in the area.   The land is located in Thornapple Kellogg Schools, but Caledonia schools may be available through school of choice program.   Top private Christian education schools such as Dutton Christian, Moline Christian, South Christian and Barry County Christian are also with in driving distance.
